Pure Copper Earth Rod and Accessories
Pure Copper Earth Rod
Pure Copper Earth Rods are made of pure electrolytic copper (EC grade Copper), which is 100% pure. Pure Copper Earth Rods are made by hard drawing. These rods are internally threaded at both the ends, so that they can be extended by couplers while deep driving. Pure copper earth rods are expensive, but is the preferred choice where soil conditions are very aggressive and corrosive.
Coupling Dowel for pure copper earth rod
Coupling dowel is used for joining two earth rods together in an earthing system for extending the length of the rod. It is a threaded devise made of brass or gunmetal.
Driving Head for pure copper earth rod
Driving heads are used while hammering earth rods into the ground. These are made of toughened steel and they protect the relatively soft copper earth rod from damage while hammering of the earth rod into the ground. Driving heads are fixed at the hammering end of the earth rod.
Driving Spike for pure copper earth rod
Driving spikes are used at the tip of the earth rod while hammering an earth rod into the ground. They are made of toughened steel. Since they are harder than copper, they act as a pointed guide while hammering the earth rod and protects copper rod from damage.
